The cicuits and exercises are specially designed for oxidizing fat , body toning and development or improvement of strength endurance and hypertrophy.
our group lessons have a minimum of 4 people and maximum 12 people per group considering that we are two coaches for these group trainings.
We have tree group sessions that are divided into training for the whole body, a training focusing only on the gluteus called “culitoday” and our new session, Hiit core & obstacle course training.

We focus on the techniques of all exercises we teach and build up your level training with:

CULITODAY / BOOTY WORKOUT
We use different methods and teach the perfect techniques ( squats, lunges, sumo squats, deadlift etc.. ) the best exercises to achieve the growth of the buttocks and we will teach you how to mucles with mind conection to see faster results and get to your goals.
HITT CORE & OBSTACLE COURSE TRAINING
This session is designed for people who want to oxidize body fat and strengthen their core. We offer some food advices for this class since it is very important to achieve the oxidation of body fat. We create circuits where we use resistance and resistance to the strenght and we finish the circuits with an intensive training of the core using different exercises for the abdominal area with short resting time to increase of results and get those six pack.
